Pet Therapy Volunteer Fees & Purchases

Please use this secure form to pay your Pet Therapy fees and/or to buy additional Pet Therapy polos/t-shirts.

Your initial fee ($50) covers our cost to issue your Pet Therapy shirt, dog bandana, name badge, and liability insurance for one year. The annual renewal fee ($40) is to maintain your insurance and membership in the program. Additional polos can be purchased for $25 each. Additional t-shirts can be purchased for $12–$15.
