Shadow arrived, the first of the year, from an overcrowded shelter in a nearby county. We immediately noticed some patches of hair loss, plus a wound on the side of his face. Our DVM and medical team now have him ready to leave our shelter with fur growing back in and wound healed. We see that Shadow is feeling more secure and some of the hair loss was probably due to him being so anxious that he over-groomed. This kitty just came through a rough patch in life and we are so happy to present him with his best chance for a safe, loving home. He will be rather independent in your home and he likes to be in charge of asking for love, asking for playtime and requesting a light meal - not necessarily in that order. He will be fine with older children who understand to respect his space and his box habits are excellent.
